
This 2-day course is designed to refresh current first aid at work certificate holders and covers all aspects of the first aid at work course.
This course can be taken up to 3 months before the expiry date of their certificate. The new certificate will then take effect from the date of expiry. Once renewed the certificate is valid for a further 3 years.

Please note - it has been recognized that 3 years between courses may be “too long”. To reduce the likelyhood of “skill fade” in first aid training, especially in an emergency situation, it is highly recommended first aid at work certificate holders attend more regular but shorter refresher courses. These should perhaps occur every 6 or 12 months in essential skills like CPR to help combat “skill fade”.
