Health and safety is the least of my problems - we've simply adopted a common sense approach!

It is true that health and safety is often a matter of a common sense approach. However, there is a need to ensure that such an approach is applied consistently throughout the organisation and that demonstrable evidence, such as a documented Safty Policy, Safety Audits and Risk Assessments are available to underpin safe working systems.

Small company managers often report that they are baffled or overwhelmed by the amount of legislation they need to comply with and are usually flat out working on core business tasks.

Consequently, they cannot find the time to attend to the Risk Assessments and the subsequent action required to reduce the risk

Able Health and Safety Limited targets itself specifically to provide support and guidance for small businesses which enables you to concentrate with the core work demands of the business whilst ensuring your organisation has safe systems of work that comply with the sometimes complex legislative requirements.

Do I really need to bother with health and safety?

When do I have to comply with health and safety?

If I look to comply, won't I open myself up to other issues?

How about a using common sense approach?
